There are 3 permissions corresponding to the Service Management module:

• Manage services and categories
• Manage agents
• View service metrics

Based on the permissions a user has, they will have access to the different sections of the module, which are independent of each other.

                                                           

To give a user the permissions to manage the Service Management module you must follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to Users.

3. Identify the user and click on the user's settings ⚙️

4. Click on Permissions.

5. Check the permission(s) you want to give to the user:

Then click on “Save”.

6. That's it! You have now allowed the user to manage the module. You can repeat the step by step for all users who need this permission.
