Your community's logo is shown on the web platform, in the mobile app, and on the login screens. You can use a static image (JPG or PNG) or an animated GIF, for example, to rotate the logos of the different companies in the same group. You can also upload one image for light mode and another for dark mode.

1. Go to admin.humand.co and open Settings → General.
2. In the General tab, scroll down to the Appearance section.

• This is the community's main logo.

  1. In Logo, select the Light mode tab.
  2. Click Change image and choose the file with the new logo. If you want to remove the current logo, click Delete image.
  
  1. Check the preview and click Save.
  

  If you only upload the light mode logo, that image is used in both modes.

• If your logo doesn't look good on dark backgrounds, you can upload an alternative version for collaborators who use dark mode.

  1. In Logo, select the Dark mode (optional) tab.
  2. Drag the file to the indicated area or click Upload file.
  3. Click Save.
  

• You can upload a GIF in the light mode tab, in the dark mode tab, or in both, following the same steps. You don't need to turn on any additional setting.

  Format	How it looks
  JPG and PNG	Shown as a static image.
  GIF	Shown animated. It can be up to 5 MB.

  

  If the GIF is larger than 5 MB, the panel shows the message GIF exceeds the 5MB limit and doesn't upload it. In that case, reduce the size or length of the GIF and try again.

  The logo is animated in these places:

  Platform	Where it is animated
  Humand Web	Top bar, login screen, verification code screen, SSO login selector, and preboarding.
  Humand App	Header of the home screen.

  

  In the following places, the first frame of the GIF is shown as a static image:

  • Time off PDF receipt.
  • Course certificates.
  • Push notifications.
  • Emails opened in desktop Outlook. In Gmail and Apple Mail the logo is animated.

  Use a lightweight GIF: the logo loads every time someone enters the community.

We recommend that the logo fills the entire image area, with no blank space around it.
