From the Roles and Permissions table, you can view the full configuration of any role and edit it whenever you need to.

- Go to admin.humand.co → Settings → Roles and Permissions.
- Click the ⋮ menu to the right of the role.

Select View details.
A side panel will open with two tabs:
Tab What it shows Assignment Type of assignment (specific employees or segmentation), assigned names, and scope. General Permissions Module categories with the number of general permissions enabled. Expand each category to see details and whether each permission applies to the Admin Panel or the App. Specific Permissions Module categories with the number of specific permissions enabled and which group of employees they apply to. Expand each category to see details and whether each permission applies to the Admin Panel or the App. -
You can access editing in two ways:
- ⋮ menu → Edit

Detail panel → Edit role button
The editing screen has three tabs:
Tab What you can edit Basic Information Role name and description. Assignment Add or remove employees or segmentation groups. Permissions Enable or disable permissions by module. When you're done, click Save changes. The changes will be applied immediately to all members of the role.
The Full Administrator and All Users roles cannot be deleted or renamed. You can only modify their members and permissions, respectively.
